Could it be that the artist is also a primary real estate markets visionary? Could this be commentary on NYC market conditions, by using funerial colors of purple and black, a subliminal commentary on supply:demand inferred by the density of cranes on the landscape? Hey, just sayin’ maybe we’re going to see a reckoning in overdeveloped primary markets (for me I always thought a 3 cap was just a silly move, unless you had scared/sovereign monies to invest. I’m big on secondary markets and “people motion” in search of value and cost of living discounts. If you agree, hope you’ll give me a shout.
